St Clair County LibraryThe St Clair County Library is located at 139 5th Ave, Ashville. Judy Douglas serves as the County Library Director. The library has continually improved its ability to serve the citizens of St Clair County by adding new educational resources as often as possible.

The St Clair County library currently offers four internet computers that can be accessed by its patrons. Also available are books, magazines, reference services, interlibrary loans, fax service and a copy service.

One of the most useful additions offered by all libraries throughout the county is the Virtual Library card. This service allows students and adults access to a wide range of resource material that can be used to do homework assignments and gain useful information. To take advantage of this wealth of information you will need to fill out a form at the St Clair County library or any of the member libraries in the county. The member libraries are located in Ashville, Moody, Odenville, Ragland, Springville, and Steele. The Virtual Library Card is FREE!
